Job SummaryWe are hiring a Mathematics Textbook Content Writer to create high-quality, curriculum-aligned textbook content for school students. If you have strong math fundamentals and can explain concepts in a clear, learner-friendly way, this role is for you. You will develop structured chapter content by referencing and adapting from prescribed materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop well-structured Mathematics textbook content based on provided reference books/materials.
- Explain concepts with clear, step-by-step solutions and easy-to-follow reasoning.
- Create worked examples, practice questions, exercises, and revision sets aligned to curriculum standards.
- Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and error-free through self-review and proofreading.
- Coordinate with editors, instructional designers, and academic reviewers to refine content.
- Follow project guidelines, formatting standards, and timelines to deliver on schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics / related field.
- Experience in textbook writing, academic content creation, curriculum development, or edtech content.
- Strong understanding of the relevant curriculum (CBSE / ICSE / State Board / Other — specify as applicable).
- Ability to simplify concepts and write in a student-friendly, engaging, and structured manner.
