Mathematics Tutor

Job brief:

As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and teaching maths lessons to all the

grade levels. You will also be responsible for performing tasks according to our curriculum. You

should be helping students in developing interest in maths subjects. Your main goal will be

teaching students by giving them real-life happenings as examples. You should be developing a

student's maths skills.

Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct engaging live online Mathematics classes for Grades 2–10.

● Teach concepts using interactive, application-based and student-centric methods.

● Build students conceptual understanding, problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.

● Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.

● Create an engaging and positive virtual classroom experience.

● Adapt teaching strategies to different learning levels and student needs.

● Contribute to Math content development and enhancement by providing feedback on

curriculum and learning resources, and supporting content review and creation tasks.

Requirements

● 2+ years of Mathematics teaching experience, preferably in an online/EdTech

environment.

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

● Comfortable using online teaching platforms, digital whiteboards, presentation tools, and

other EdTech technologies

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Experience with US Common Core and/or UK curriculum is preferred.

● Comfortable working in split shifts aligned with USA and UK timings.

● Reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet and a professional online online teaching setup.
