About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Mathematics Faculty to teach students of IIT/JEE (11th & 12th) and Foundation (6th to 10th). The candidate must have strong conceptual understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate students toward top academic performance.
Key Responsibilities
For IIT/JEE (11th & 12th):
- Deliver in-depth and concept-driven teaching for JEE Main & JEE Advanced-level Mathematics.
- Prepare lesson plans, DPPs, assignments, and competitive exam-oriented study material.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized guidance.
- Analyze student performance through tests and offer improvement strategies.
- Train students in speed, accuracy, and problem-solving techniques.
For Foundation (6th to 10th):
- Teach Maths concepts in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Strengthen students basics and prepare them for future competitive exams.
- Create worksheets, practice modules, and activity-based learning resources.
- Encourage logical thinking and mathematical curiosity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Graduates from IIT/NIT will be given preference.
- Strong conceptual command and clarity in Mathematics.
Skills Required
- Excellent subject knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and student engagement skills.
- Ability to handle both foundational and advanced curriculum efficiently.
