We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher for Grades 6 to 10 who can deliver engaging lessons, develop students mathematical skills, and foster a positive learning environment. The candidate should be capable of teaching according to the CBSE curriculum and helping students achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons for Grades 6 to 10 as per the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop students conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular class tests, unit tests, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning tools.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support to students.
- Prepare students for Olympiads, competitive examinations, and school-level competitions.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic leaders for curriculum planning.
- Participate in school events, workshops, training programs, and other academic activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics (B.Sc. Mathematics) with B.Ed.
- Master's Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc.) preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Grades 6 to 10.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
