Mathematics Teacher

Pallavi Model School is seeking passionate and qualified educators for the positions of Primary Maths Teacher (PRT) and TGT English Teacher. The ideal candidates will be committed to delivering high-quality education, fostering student engagement, and contributing to the academic excellence and holistic development of students.

Roles & Responsibilities:

For PRT Maths Teacher:

Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons for primary classes as per curriculum guidelines.

Use creative, activity-based methods to teach mathematical concepts.

Develop worksheets, lesson plans, and assessment materials.

Build strong foundational numeracy and problem-solving skills.

For TGT English Teacher:

Teach English language and literature to middle and secondary classes.

Focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and communication skills.

Encourage participation in debates, creative writing, and language activities.

Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic resources.

Common Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and maintain student performance records.

Ensure effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.

Provide individual attention based on students learning needs.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and development.

Participate in school meetings, training programs, and events.

Complete syllabus on time and conduct revision sessions.

Follow school policies, academic standards, and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

PRT Maths: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or relevant field + B.Ed.

TGT English: Bachelor's Degree in English or related field + B.Ed.

Relevant teaching experience preferred.

Required Skills:

Strong subject knowledge in respective domains.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Effective classroom management abilities.

Creativity and student engagement skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with modern teaching tools.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred. (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.)

Salary: As per school norms and based on experience.
