Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mathematics Specialist located in Aligarh. The Mathematics Specialist will develop and implement effective lesson plans, design curriculum tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners, and deliver engaging and interactive mathematics lessons. The role also includes evaluating student progress, offering additional support as needed, and collaborating with peers to enhance educational outcomes. The specialist is expected to foster a positive learning environment and inspire students to excel in mathematics.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education
- Proficiency in designing Curriculum Development and creating effective Lesson Plans
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic potential
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Prior teaching experience, particularly at the secondary or senior secondary level, is preferred
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum guidelines is an advantage
