About The Role
ZielClasses is looking for a passionate and experienced
Mathematics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills and proven experience in conducting
online classes.
Candidates with exposure to
IGCSE and/or IB Mathematics will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to students across relevant school grades and curricula.
- Conduct engaging and structured online and offline classes.
- Explain mathematical concepts clearly using appropriate examples and problem-solving techniques.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, practice assignments and assessments.
- Track student performance and provide constructive academic feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide individual attention where required.
- Prepare students for school examinations and competitive academic requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding academic progress.
- Participate in doubt-solving sessions, revision classes and examination preparation.
- Follow ZielClasses academic standards, teaching methodology and assessment processes.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum, study material and student outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Mathematics.
- Online teaching experience is mandatory.
- Strong command over Mathematics and excellent conceptual clarity.
- Smooth, confident and professional communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Comfortable teaching both online and offline.
- Experience with digital teaching tools and online classroom platforms.
- IGCSE / IB curriculum exposure is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and student-engagement skills.
- Ability to work across ZielClasses centres at Chinar Park, Kasba and South City as required.
- Professional attitude, punctuality and willingness to take ownership of student outcomes.
Preferred Profile
Candidates who have experience with:
- IGCSE Mathematics
- IB Mathematics
- CBSE / ICSE Mathematics
- Online 1-to-1 and small-group teaching
- Creating digital worksheets and assessments
- Using digital boards, presentations and online teaching tools
