- Conceptual Depth: Lead instruction across Grades 110, ensuring students develop a deep understanding of concepts in Algebra, Geometry, and Number Theory, emphasizing why formulas work.
- Problem-Solving Focus: Design and implement challenging, real-world application problems that force students to think creatively and strategically, utilizing mathematics as a powerful tool.
- Differentiation: Masterfully address diverse learning paces by providing advanced enrichment for high-achievers and targeted intervention for those needing foundational support.
