Role: IB Math, Physics & Chemistry Tutor (MYP & IBDP)
Join MentorMatch as an online IB tutor for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, supporting students in the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and IB Diploma Programme (IBDP). Teach focused, high-impact classes that build strong conceptual understanding and exam confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver structured, syllabus-aligned lessons for IB MYP and IBDP (SL/HL) in Math, Physics, and Chemistry.
- Conduct engaging online sessions, assign and review homework/assessments, and provide actionable feedback.
- Support students with past-paper style questions, IA guidance (where applicable), and exam strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry or a related field; teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior experience teaching IB MYP and/or IBDP in at least one of the subjects is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills and proficiency with online teaching tools.
Schedule and compensation
- Working hours: 6:00 PM 10:00 PM IST (online).
- Engagement: 6 days per week, depending on batch requirements and tutor availability.
- Pay:
- IB MYP: 1,000 per hour.
- IBDP: 1,500 per hour.
