Job Description
Applied Materials is the leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world. The Contracting MPM is responsible for sourcing of Applied direct material numbers, setting up Outline Agreement with suppliers for long term business and cost reduction, and manage PACE/DASH purchasing program to ensure supply chain continuity and improve material availability.
Manage Outline Agreement(OA) Contract maintenance including Ariba Quote for contract process implementation, OA line deactivation, OA administration work, Manage Quota Dual Source request and etc. to serve Global Supply Chain spend on contract target and Advanced Purchasing program (PACE/DASH) expansion.
Support PACE/DASH Program Expansion, including onboarding eligible parts to PACE/DASH program, taking risk parts off program, handling supplier liability claim and liability PO management, managing type switch like PACE consigned to non-consigned/DASH, maintaining attribute accuracy, adjusting PACE Min-Max level, DASH buffer stock level, implementing conversion, Inventory Pull and etc.

3.)PACE/DASH Attribute Monitor and Correction
4.)PACE Type switch: Global PACE - Plant PACE, PACE Consign - PACE non Consign, PACE- DASH analysis, communication with materials and supplier, implementation change.
5.)PACE/DASH Conversion - including Attribute Setup and change, PO/PR disposition SA Release
6.)Adjusting PACE Min-Max level, DASH buffer stock level, implementing conversion, Inventory Pull
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years of Supply Chain experience on sourcing, purchasing, analytics, project/program management and supplier management.
