Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and control all material inward and outward movements at gates and warehouses.
2. Verify material gate passes, delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
3. Ensure authorized movement of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
4. Conduct physical verification of materials entering and leaving the premises.
5. Prevent unauthorized removal, theft, pilferage, or misuse of company assets.
6. Monitor warehouse, stores, and loading/unloading activities.
7. Maintain material movement records and security registers.
8. Coordinate with Stores, Logistics, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
9. Perform periodic audits of material transactions and inventory movements.
10. Investigate material discrepancies and report security violations.
11. Ensure compliance with company material security policies and procedures.
12. Monitor scrap disposal and verify authorized scrap movements.
13. Assist during stock audits and inventory verification activities.
14. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly material security reports.
15. Support emergency response and incident investigations related to material loss.

Qualifications & Requirements
