MATERIAL PLANNER (VERSIGENT -EDS, HOSKOTE)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR'S
- Releasing and Monitoring the schedules to the suppliers.
- Tracking & Following the material follow-up with suppliers.
- Invoice Coordination with supplier and Initiate the Cargo movements.
- Adequate Knowledge on MRP & MPS Process to handle the supplier schedules effectively and Gap to be communicated ontime to the Production planner.
- Customer ECN to be followed effectively well without having any OBS Impacts.
- Inventory (MIN & MAX) to be maintained as per Versigent Stock Norms.
- Premium Freight Target to be maintained as per BP Target.
- Coordinating with Logistics team for the regular Surface /Sea / Air shipments to deliver the goods on time to the plant.
- Supplier Invoice accounting (GRN) to be done on regular basis and Payment Issues to be coordinated and solved with finance team if required.
- SDPR to be shared Monthly Basis for the previous Month Supplier performance.
- As Per the Norms, Material availability to be ensured for Inhouse production.
- Ensuring Zero Internal & Customer line stoppages due to material unavailability.
