Material Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan raw material requirements based on production schedules and customer demand.
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers for timely material procurement.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any supply issues.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status and part readiness.
• Manage packing and dispatch of finished parts in line with delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate packing lists and shipment documents.
• Assist in production planning activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle manpower efficiently to meet daily targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all operations.
• ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
