Material Management & Quality Management Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Material Management & Quality Management Business Analyst located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include managing materials and inventory control processes, supporting production planning, analyzing data to enhance operational performance, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize materials and inventory workflows while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management techniques
• Strong knowledge of Materials Management and Production Planning principles
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate operations and drive process improvements
• Experience with quality assurance processes and ensuring adherence to quality management standards
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
• Familiarity with ERP systems and materials management software is a plus
• Experience 7-8 years of hands-on SAP MM & QM consulting and implementation experience in the construction section and less on leasing

Experience on SAP Ariba, Procol, Coupa or other best of breed solutions for Procurement, Inventory

Experience in driving closure of Fit- Gap workshops with business counter parts and put objective lense on SI steering across stages - build, testing, deployment, and support.

Should able to successfully drive closure on test scripts covering functional processes validated with business owners/project managers and other business counter parts
