Job Title: Material Flow Simulation Specialist
Job Description
The role involves identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and capacity constraints in material flow processes and proposing optimization solutions. You will conduct statistical analysis to find and resolve bottlenecks, and manage communication with customers from the start to the end of each project, ensuring thorough documentation of project data and results. Additionally, you will create and manage custom libraries while ensuring comprehensive documentation.
Responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and capacity constraints in material flow processes.
- Propose optimization solutions such as resource utilization, capacity analysis, and scenario evaluation.
- Perform statistical analysis using models to find and resolve bottlenecks.
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document project data and results comprehensively.
- Create and manage custom libraries, ensuring accurate documentation.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in PlantSim.
- Proficiency in SimTalk.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
- Experience in project documentation and data management.
