About the Role:
Soul AI by Deccan AI is seeking candidates with a Master's degree in Finance or related
disciplines to join our finance Data Annotation team. You will support AI model development
by annotating, validating, and structuring financial data for Financial RAG and LLM training
projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Annotate and categorize financial documents including reports, filings, and statements.
- Support Finance RAG systems via document structuring and query mapping.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and financial correctness.
- Perform entity tagging, sentiment labeling, classification, and verification tasks.
- Develop high-quality datasets for financial AI models.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure annotation quality and consistency.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or MBA (Finance).
- Professional qualifications preferred:CA , CFA L2
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, markets, and financial statements.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written English communication.
Preferred Skills
- Background in financial research, audit, FP&A, or investment analysis
- .Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or annotation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools.
