Adani Skill Development Centre (SAKSHAM) is dedicated to empowering India's youth by providing skill-based training to enhance employability, aligning with the Government of India's Skill India Mission. Established in 2016, SAKSHAM has reached diverse communities across 15 states through state-of-the-art training centers and a comprehensive online Learning Management System (LMS). With over 70 courses available, the program has successfully trained more than 180,000 candidates, achieving a livelihood generation rate of 68%.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Master Trainer at the SAKSHAM facility located in Ahmedabad. The Master Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing innovative training methodologies, and mentoring participants to enhance their skillsets. The position also entails designing instructional materials, assessing trainees progress, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards, and maintaining records. Additionally, the Master Trainer will collaborate with the program coordinators to ensure impactful delivery of the program.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and training skills, including experience in conducting engaging and interactive sessions.
• Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and developing training material.
• Proven ability in assessing learner performance and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse audiences.
• Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and customize teaching approaches accordingly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training, or any relevant discipline; certifications in vocational training or adult education are advantageous.
• Prior experience in skill development programs or vocational training centers is desirable.
