Role Description The Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) Aspirant / Pharmacy Graduate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mariahu. The role involves engaging in advanced coursework, laboratory work, and supervised research projects in pharmaceutical sciences. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in practical training, assisting in prescription-related activities under supervision, learning and applying compounding techniques, and supporting pharmacy operations as part of academic and professional development. The aspirant is expected to collaborate with faculty, adhere to regulatory and safety standards, and contribute to a professional, learner-centered environment.
Qualifications

  • Core pharmacy knowledge, including understanding of Pharmacy principles and Prescription handling.
  • Familiarity with supporting Pharmacy Technicians and functioning within a pharmacy team.
  • Strong Customer Service orientation for interacting with patients, peers, and faculty in a professional manner.
  • Basic Compounding skills and willingness to develop expertise in preparing and handling pharmaceutical formulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Ability to follow ethical and regulatory guidelines, maintain accurate records, and work safely in laboratory and clinical settings.
  • Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
