Master Data Specialist is a role within Master Data. Within the Master Data department, you will be part of the team for the maintenance of the item/catalogue base for the Sidel Group by carefully integrating the information from Design offices around the world as well as spare parts. This role will be based in India and will support projects across the world. Job location is Chakan, Pune (India)
Your Mission
- Responsible for SWN document creation and validation coming from the design offices for products like Motors, Pumps, Cylinders, Pipes etc.
- Review the technical specifications from suppliers and compare with existing data to avoid duplication.
- Assist with projects for database enhancing.
- Maintain data integrity and quality.
- Able to read SolidWorks CAD parts and assemblies.
- Analyze data for projects.
Your Profile
- Education: Engineering bachelor's or master's Degree (Mechanical and/or Electrical preferred)
- Language: Fluent English knowledge (both written and spoken). French would be added advantage.
- Computer Skills: SOLIDWORKS basics, Proficient in MS Office (Excel expertise preferred), Knowledge of SAP
- Good communication and social skills to collaborate.
- Strong time management skills to deliver on time and with good quality within your areas of responsibility.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team with a structured approach
