Job Role – Senior Reltio MDM Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Reltio MDM Developer to build, configure, and optimize our enterprise master data platform. Working closely with the Reltio MDM Architect, you will play a core role during the POC phase by executing rapid configurations and schema setups, and subsequently drive the scaling and production buildout of the platform.

• You will be responsible for defining JSON data models, creating match/merge rules, configuring custom data stewardship UI interfaces, and building resilient API and batch pipelines using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and cloud integration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Configuration: Implement and maintain Reltio data models (Entities, Relations, Categories, Attributes, and Interactions) by customizing L3/L2 JSON schema configurations.
• Match & Merge / Survivorship: Build, test, and fine-tune fuzzy and exact match rules, address cleansing components, and attribute-level survivorship rules to ensure master data accuracy.
• Integrations: Design and develop batch and real-time integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and message queues to sync data across source and target systems.
• Data Stewardship Enablement: Configure Reltio Data Tenant UI, workflow queues, and tasks for operational data stewards.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and batch execution monitoring. Package and deploy JSON configuration files across lower and upper environments via version control systems (Git).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve platform performance bottlenecks, API failure points, and data loading/merging anomalies.
