Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) Transformation Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end MDM transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, data quality, and MDM tools, with proven expertise in driving large-scale transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MDM transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data governance standards.
- Design and implement MDM solutions for customer, product, and vendor domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data models, workflows, and integration strategies.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment to improve data quality.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues across systems and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in Master Data Management and Data Governance.
- Hands-on experience with leading MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Experience in MDM migration and transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in flexible shift timings and adapt to global project requirements.
