Role & Responsibilities
- Support master data readiness for Oracle Fusion design, build, mock loads, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, validation, and remediation tracking.
- Create and maintain source-to-target mappings from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
- Support data migration cycles, mock load validation, reconciliation, and data defect resolution.
- Partner with IT, business data owners, system integrators, and data stewards to define ownership, rules, and approval workflows.
- Support boundary-system data contracts, including field-level rules, ID crosswalks, downstream integration impacts, and reconciliation controls.
- Help establish sustainable data quality metrics, monitoring, lineage, and stewardship processes.
- Support reporting and analytics readiness by ensuring trusted master data dimensions and consistent reference data.
- Data domains scope:
- Customer, supplier, contact, and trading partner master data.
- Product, item, SKU, BOM, specification, category, and UOM data.
- Location, site, plant, warehouse, address, and inventory location data.
- Finance master data, including chart of accounts, legal entities, ledgers, cost centers, and hierarchies.
- Workforce / HCM reference data, including workers, jobs, positions, departments, and organization structures.
- Reference data such as tax codes, payment terms, value sets, shipping methods, and lookup values.
- Quality, specification, traceability, asset, equipment, recipe, formula, routing data.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist Profile (Oracle Fusion ERP Transformation)
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality, ERP Data Migration, or Enterprise Data Management roles.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience supporting large-scale ERP implementation or transformation programs, with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong experience in Master Data lifecycle management, including data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, validation, reconciliation, remediation tracking, and data quality controls.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have hands-on experience creating and managing Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents, transformation rules, data conversion logic, and migration validation activities.
- Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong experience managing one or more enterprise master data domains such as Customer, Supplier, Product/Item, SKU, BOM, Finance Master, Plant/Warehouse, Location, Inventory, HCM, or Reference Data.
- Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have recent experience working on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, migration, transformation, or data readiness programs.
- Mandatory (Domain) – Must have experience in Food Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, CPG/FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharma, Chemicals, Life Sciences, or other regulated supply chain environments.
- Mandatory (Hike) - AUXO AI follows a compensation policy of offering up to 25% hike on the candidate's current CTC. Candidates whose expectations exceed this range should be screened out during the initial discussion.
- Mandatory (Note) - Only immediate joiners who are available to join within 15 days are considered.
- Preferred (Oracle Modules) – Experience with Oracle Fusion Product Hub, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Manufacturing, or Oracle HCM.
- Preferred (Boundary Systems) – Experience integrating or managing master data across PLM, QMS, EAM, CRM, Procurement Systems, Legacy ERP, Data Warehouses, and Reporting Platforms.
