- Design, implement, and maintain MDM and RDM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Define and execute data governance and data quality strategies.
- Configure and manage match-merge rules, survivorship logic, and cross-reference mappings to ensure creation of golden records.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define MDM operating models and implementation styles (registry, consolidation, coexistence, centralized).
- Develop and maintain data models, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
- Support data integration, cleansing, and migration activities.
- Monitor and improve data quality metrics and reporting.
- Provide training and support to data stewards and business users.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MDM and data governance.
ii. Education or Certifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering/technology/other related degrees.
- Relevant certifications from Collibra/Informatica/Talend/Ataccama and/or other leading platforms is a must
- Relevant certifications from DAMA, EDM Council and CMMI-DMM will be a bonus
iii. Work Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management and Reference Data Management.
- Proven experience implementing MDM solutions using Informatica, Talend, or Ataccama.
- Strong understanding of match & merge, survivorship, cross-reference, and source system ranking.
- Experience working with data governance frameworks, data stewardship models and data quality tools.
- Familiarity with MDM Modernization will be a advantage
- Exposure to cloud-native MDM deployments and integration with enterprise systems is desirable.
