About the Role

We are hiring a Master Data Associate Material/Customer

• Location: Hyderabad
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Experience: 3-5 Years
• Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

We are currently looking to onboard three contract staff members to support

Material Master and Customer Master activities. These will be operational

end-user roles focused on ticket execution and day-to-day business support.

Candidates with experience in SAP S/4HANA and MDG would be highly preferred.

However, at a minimum, we are seeking professionals with hands-on experience

in SAP Master Data Management end-user roles who have worked directly with

master data processes and operations.

The role is more operational in nature, involving day-to-day master data

activities, request/ticket execution, data creation and changes, validation,

and business support. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and MDG would be

preferred, but the key requirement is practical end-user experience working

with master data processes rather than primarily implementation or

consulting experience.

1. Material Master Data Associate

Mandatory Skills

• SAP Master Data

• Data validation, cleansing & reconciliation

Short Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and validate Material & Production Master Data in SAP.
• Perform data cleansing and ensure data accuracy/completeness.
• Handle day-to-day master data requests and resolve data issues.
• Support master data governance and operational activities.

2. Customer Master Data Associate

Mandatory Skills

• SAP Customer Master
• Customer Account Creation & Extension
• Customer Master Maintenance
• Sold-to / Ship-to / Bill-to / Payer
• Customer Master Lifecycle
• Master Data Management & Governance
• MS Excel

Short Responsibilities

• Create and extend customer accounts in SAP.
• Maintain customer master data including address, sales, shipping and billing details.
• Handle customer listing/delisting and account blocking/deactivation.
• Validate requests, approvals and supporting documents.
• Perform duplicate checks and maintain data accuracy.

3. Production & Quality Master Data Associate

Mandatory Skills

• SAP Master Data
• Quality Master Data
• Quality Inspection Plans
• Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs)
• Reference Operation Sets (ROs)
• SAP / SAP S/4HANA
• Master Data Management & Governance
• MS Excel

Short Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and validate Quality & Production Master Data in SAP.
• Handle Quality Inspection Plans, MICs and Reference Operation Sets.
• Perform data validation, cleansing and correction activities.
• Ensure master data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Collaborate with business/IT teams to resolve data issues.

Common requirement for all 3

Key filter: Candidates should have hands-on SAP Master Data operational/end-user experience. SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG are preferred rather than mandatory. The JDs emphasize execution, maintenance, validation and data-quality activities rather than development.
