Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Master Chef specializing in South Indian cuisine, located in Bengaluru at Radisson Blu Outer Ring Road. The Master Chef will be responsible for curating, preparing, and presenting authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. They will oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory and food purchasing, ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and train kitchen staff in South Indian culinary techniques to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
