We operate across operating companies, venture investing, incubation, and policy which means hiring across diverse verticals at speed.
We are looking for a high-agency Recruiter / Talent Partner who can build and execute an outbound-driven hiring engine while working directly with the founder.
Role Overview
You will own end-to-end hiring across functions from sourcing to closing without layers of coordination. This role is execution-heavy, outbound-driven, and suited for someone who thrives in high-speed, founder-led environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle hiring (sourcing screening offer closure).
- Close mid-to-senior roles, including:
- VP Sales
- Tech Leads
- Chief of Staff
- Fund Analysts
- Finance & Partnerships roles
- Run 35 parallel searches simultaneously with a strong outbound focus.
- Build and execute a campus hiring pipeline (top colleges) for fresher roles.
- Develop structured hiring sprints, scorecards, and lean tracking systems.
- Maintain strong candidate experience while driving speed and quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 13 years of recruitment experience (startup, search firm, or high-growth environment preferred).
- Demonstrated experience closing roles via outbound sourcing (LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal process hand-holding.
- Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and searches simultaneously.
- High ownership mindset and bias for action.
