Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Reports to: Founder

We operate across operating companies, venture investing, incubation, and policy which means hiring across diverse verticals at speed.

We are looking for a high-agency Recruiter / Talent Partner who can build and execute an outbound-driven hiring engine while working directly with the founder.

Role Overview

You will own end-to-end hiring across functions from sourcing to closing without layers of coordination. This role is execution-heavy, outbound-driven, and suited for someone who thrives in high-speed, founder-led environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle hiring (sourcing screening offer closure).
  • Close mid-to-senior roles, including:
  • VP Sales
  • Tech Leads
  • Chief of Staff
  • Fund Analysts
  • Finance & Partnerships roles
  • Run 35 parallel searches simultaneously with a strong outbound focus.
  • Build and execute a campus hiring pipeline (top colleges) for fresher roles.
  • Develop structured hiring sprints, scorecards, and lean tracking systems.
  • Maintain strong candidate experience while driving speed and quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 13 years of recruitment experience (startup, search firm, or high-growth environment preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience closing roles via outbound sourcing (LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal process hand-holding.
  • Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and searches simultaneously.
  • High ownership mindset and bias for action.
