We are seeking an experienced Mass Timber Structural Engineer with strong expertise in engineered wood systems such as CLT, Glulam, and LVL. The ideal candidate will lead structural design and analysis of mass timber projects including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.

• Structural design & analysis of mass timber buildings
• Design of structural elements using CLT, Glulam & LVL
• Timber connection detailing (steel plates, bolts, screws, dowels)
• Perform load calculations (dead, live, wind & seismic loads)
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants & project teams
• Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes / international standards
• Review shop drawings & provide site support
• Conduct structural inspections & quality checks
• Optimize structural systems for cost efficiency & sustainability

• Strong knowledge of timber engineering principles
• Experience in mass timber mid/high-rise projects preferred
• Proficiency in ETABS / STAAD / SAP2000
• Understanding of international timber codes (Eurocode 5 / NDS)
• Experience in hybrid systems (Timber + Steel / Concrete)
• Familiarity with fire design & acoustic performance in timber structures
• Strong coordination & communication skills

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Preferred)
