Qualification: B.E./B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemical) | MBA (Oil & Gas preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in Production Accounting / Mass Balance / Yield Accounting within the Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical domain. This role involves leading end-to-end solution design, client engagement, and delivery for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional & technical solution design based on client requirements
• Drive end-to-end project delivery and manage cross-functional teams
• Work on Production Accounting implementations / consulting engagements
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, vendor evaluation, and system integration
• Ensure alignment with refinery operations, blending & distribution processes
• Train and mentor teams on Production Accounting tools & processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in Refinery / Petrochemical Production Accounting or consulting
• Strong understanding of plant configurations, tank farm operations, blending
• Expertise in tools like Aspen AORA, Belsim Vali, Sigmafine, Honeywell PAR, Error Solver
• Experience in data reconciliation, yield accounting, and reporting/visualization
• Proven track record in delivering complex Oil & Gas projects
