Job Description

Martial Arts Instructor

Key Responsibilities

For Instructor Role:

Conduct high-quality martial arts training for children (ages 4+) and adults.
Teach structured curriculum, including belts, grading, and techniques.
Ensure safety, discipline, and engagement during classes.
Conduct belt tests, workshops, and special sessions as required.
Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.
Support academy marketing by engaging with parents and participating in demos/events.

Qualifications

Certified martial arts instructor (Black belt preferred; Taekwondo / Karate / MMA / Kung Fu accepted).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching children.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Professional, punctual, and disciplined attitude.
Fluent in English.
