What this role is all about

This position will be responsible to work on client engagements and manage Cloud Platforms. We are primarily seeking a candidate who has great technical skills and the ability to lead a team of Infra Engineers. Infrastructure admins from past, who have evolved themselves as Cloud and DevOps engineers are a great fir for this role.

What are the expectations

Role overview:

The Associate Director will oversee large programs or handle multiple mid-size programs. Lead solution strategy, drive pursuits and acts as a truster advisor for client stakeholders. This role has commercial ownership and practice development responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-million MarTech transformation engagements, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Act as the solution architect for complex MarTech ecosystems across data, platforms, and customer experience.
• Own proposal creation, including storytelling, value articulation, pricing, and delivery planning.
• Build strong C-level relationships and act as a subject matter expert for strategic discussions.
• Mentor and manage project teams and contribute to capability building within the MarTech practice.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to shape go-to-market offerings and industry propositions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to clients on platform selection and operating models.
• Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, or speaking engagements.

Experience and Skills:

• 15+ years of MarTech consulting or enterprise-level marketing technology transformation experience.
• Deep expertise across multiple MarTech components: CDPs, data engineering for marketing, personalisation engines, decisioning tools, and campaign management.
• Demonstrated success in leading pre-sales efforts and closing deals.
• Strong leadership, program management, and client advisory skills.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and practical solution implementation.
