About the job:

CACI is recruiting for a Technical Lead to join the CACI MarTech India team to help build and scale the technical delivery capability within the MarTech India practice.

This role will sit between client requirements, platform design, data architecture, and delivery execution, ensuring that MarTech solutions are technically sound, scalable, and fit for enterprise use. The individual will play a key role in shaping platform implementations, migration architecture, integration design, journey orchestration standards, and technical governance across client accounts.

This is not a pure campaign execution role. It is a technical design and delivery leadership role for someone who understands how customer engagement platforms, data flows, and orchestration logic come together in real delivery environments.

What you'll be doing:

Core Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture & Solution Design

Design scalable MarTech solution architectures across platforms such as Braze, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign / AJO / AEP, MoEngage, Optimove or similar.

Translate business and campaign requirements into technical solution designs, journey logic, data structures, and orchestration patterns.

Define platform usage standards, design guardrails, and reusable implementation patterns.

Support architecture decisions for multi-channel journeys, triggered messaging, lifecycle programs, and event-based orchestration.

Integration & Data Flow Design:

Own or guide technical design around data ingestion, event flows, APIs, webhooks, SFTP/file-based feeds, identity resolution, attributes, audiences, and consent/suppression logic.

Work closely with engineering, data, and client technology teams to ensure data readiness and integration feasibility.

Validate upstream and downstream dependencies across customer data, engagement platforms, and execution systems.

Identify technical constraints, data risks, and platform limitations early in solution design.

Migration & Transformation Delivery:

Lead technical architecture for platform migrations such as Adobe → Braze / Bloomreach, SFMC modernization, or legacy campaign tool replacement.

Define migration patterns for templates, journeys, suppression logic, dynamic content, triggered workflows, and reporting dependencies.

Assess migration complexity, technical effort, sequencing, and risk mitigation.

Ensure technical continuity during phased migrations and parallel run periods.

Technical Governance & Delivery Assurance:

Lead technical architecture for platform migrations such as Adobe → Braze / Bloomreach, SFMC modernization, or legacy campaign tool replacement.

Define migration patterns for templates, journeys, suppression logic, dynamic content, triggered workflows, and reporting dependencies.

Assess migration complexity, technical effort, sequencing, and risk mitigation.

Ensure technical continuity during phased migrations and parallel run periods.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Participate in client workshops and technical discovery sessions.

Explain technical architecture, design trade-offs, and platform constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Act as a credible technical counterpart to client technology, CRM, and data teams.

Support estimation, solution shaping, and technical pre-sales / discovery where required.

Capability Building:

Mentor campaign developers and technical specialists within the India team.

Help build a technical MarTech vertical alongside campaign operations.

Create reusable design patterns, technical playbooks, and architectural guidance for the wider practice.

Support internal training on architecture thinking, integration patterns, and platform depth.

Key Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in MarTech, CRM technology, marketing automation engineering, or customer engagement platform delivery.

Strong hands-on experience in at least one or more major platforms such as:

Braze, Bloomreach

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Adobe Campaign / AJO / AEP

Optimove/MoEngage

Strong understanding of:

Journey orchestration

Segmentation logic

Suppression and consent design

Triggered campaigns

Multi-channel execution patterns

Experience designing or supporting:

APIs

Webhooks

Event-based data flows

Batch and real-time integration patterns

Data mapping / data model discussions

Comfortable with SQL, data structures, attribute/event design, and technical debugging.

Experience in architecture or technical leadership across enterprise client environments.

Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into structured technical approaches.

Preferred

Experience with CDPs, event streaming, identity graphs, warehouse-led activation, or customer data design.

Exposure to migration/transformation programs.

Familiarity with HTML, Liquid/Jinja/AMPscript, templating logic, or dynamic content frameworks.

Experience working in consulting / agency / multi-client environments.

Certifications in relevant platforms.
