Job Description

We are looking for a high ownership Senior Manager to work closely with the Head of CLM in building and scaling Airtel's central MarTech platform — a unified platform powering all customer pull and push campaigns across businesses. The role will drive platform capability development in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to enable personalized, scalable, and measurable customer engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong business understanding, product thinking, execution rigor, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Strategy & Roadmap

Work with the Head of CLM to define the roadmap for Airtel's unified MarTech platform across outbound and inbound customer journeys.

Translate business use cases into scalable platform capabilities across campaign orchestration, targeting, personalization, experimentation, and analytics.

Drive prioritization of platform features based on business impact, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Cross-functional Program Leadership

Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities on time and with high quality.

Act as the bridge between business teams and tech teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and execution remains aligned to business outcomes.

Lead cross-functional governance across Marketing, CVM, Digital, Data Science, Analytics, and Tech teams.

Campaign & Capability Enablement

Enable centralized execution of push and pull campaigns across channels such as app, SMS, WhatsApp, email, notifications, and digital surfaces.

Build frameworks for audience segmentation, trigger-based journeys, experimentation, and campaign measurement.

Improve marketer productivity through automation, standardization, and self-serve capabilities.

Data & Measurement

Work with Analytics and Data Science teams to define measurement frameworks and success metrics.

Drive adoption of data-driven decision making through dashboards, campaign reporting, and experimentation frameworks.

Identify opportunities to improve targeting precision, personalization, and customer engagement effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Airtel businesses to identify key pain points and platform requirements.

Drive alignment across multiple teams with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Present progress updates, business impact, and roadmap recommendations to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:-

3–5 years of experience in Strategy, Product, MarTech, CRM/CVM, Digital Platforms, Consulting, or Program Management roles.

Experience working with Product and Engineering teams on platform or capability development.

Understanding of customer engagement platforms, campaign management systems, marketing automation, or digital ecosystems preferred.

Strong structured problem-solving and program management skills.

Ability to manage ambiguity and work across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in telecom, consumer internet, fintech, or large-scale digital businesses preferred.

MBA from a premier institute preferred.
