Role Summary

The Senior MarTech Consultant will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade Martech infrastructure, with strong hands-on expertise in Braze and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

This role operates at the intersection of marketing strategy, data architecture, and automation execution. The individual will lead platform implementations, architect scalable engagement frameworks, and serve as a strategic advisor to clients on customer lifecycle and personalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Braze
  • Design scalable customer engagement architectures integrating CDP, analytics, and activation platforms
  • Define customer data models, identity resolution frameworks, and segmentation logic
  • Build and optimize multi-channel journey orchestration (Push, Email, In-app, Webhooks, WhatsApp)
  • Establish event taxonomy, tracking frameworks, and data integration workflows
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to enable real-time and batch data pipelines
  • Define experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and performance measurement
  • Translate business objectives into lifecycle automation strategies
  • Act as Martech advisor in client discovery and solution design discussions
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure delivery quality standards

Required Skills

  • 24 years of hands-on experience in Braze/CDP implementations
  • Strong working expertise in Braze
  • Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with event tracking, APIs, SDK integrations, and webhooks
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and segmentation logic
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Amplitude)
  • Exposure to cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to operate across marketing, analytics, and engineering teams
