Job Description

The Investor Access - Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of investor access and corporate access events within the J.P. Morgan CIB business covering services for Global Markets business. This role plays a critical part in connecting institutional investors with corporate management teams through conferences, investor tours, non-deal roadshows, expert events, field trips, bespoke meetings, and other market-facing access opportunities.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal partners across Sales, Research, Banking, Corporate Meetings & Events, and multiple regional Investor Access teams to coordinate schedules, manage event logistics, maintain accurate event data, and help deliver a high-quality experience for both corporate and investor clients. The role requires strong organization, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment shaped by real-time market activity and changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of investor access events, including conferences, non-deal roadshows, investor tours, site visits, expert meetings, sector events, and bespoke investor/corporate interactions.
  • Manage event logistics across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, including venue selection, meeting room bookings, catering, transportation, audiovisual requirements, dial-in / telepresence arrangements, hotel coordination, and on-site support where required.
  • Support meeting scheduling between investor clients and corporate management teams, ensuring schedules are optimized, stakeholder requests are captured accurately, and changes are managed efficiently through the pre-event and live-event cycle.
  • Partner with event hosts, sponsors, analysts, research sales, sales trading, bankers, and company management teams to understand event objectives, audience needs, and key deliverables, and translate those into effective execution plans.
  • Maintain event details, schedules, registrations, attendance records, and related data in internal event management platforms and shared resources, ensuring timely and accurate updates before, during, and after events.
  • Prepare and distribute invitations, schedules, logistics notes, client communications, and selected marketing/event materials to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Track budgets, invoices, expenses, approvals, and related documentation in accordance with internal procedures and required expense management processes.
  • Ensure all activities are executed in line with legal, compliance, risk, control, and expense policies, including obtaining necessary approvals and maintaining appropriate records.
  • Generate post-event reports, attendance updates, scheduling statistics, and other management information to support internal review, client reporting, and future event planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by updating best-practice documentation, maintaining vendor and event resources, identifying process enhancements, and helping strengthen the overall client experience across the Investor Access platform.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in event coordination, meeting management, corporate access, investor access, client service, or a related function within financial services, capital markets, or an investment banking environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence interacting with internal partners, senior stakeholders, corporates, and institutional clients.
  • Time coverage will need to be flexible based on regional support required
