About TCR

Toffee Coffee Roasters (TCR) is a specialty coffee brand founded in 2019 in Mumbai. We source responsibly, roast in small batches, and ship within 48 hours of roasting because freshness is the product. From a single roaster in Bandra, we've grown into a nationally distributed brand with a strong presence across our D2C website, Amazon, Quick Commerce platforms, and other leading marketplaces. As we continue to scale our online business, we're building out our marketplace channel, and this role is central to that growth.

What this role is

You'll own our Amazon and Flipkart presence end-to-end — listings, ads, inventory, performance, and reporting. This isn't a coordinator role. We want someone who understands how these platforms actually work, can run campaigns independently, and cares about the numbers enough to act on them without being told.

Non-negotiables :

Before you apply, these three are hard requirements:

1+ year of hands-on Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central experience (Flipkart is a strong plus)

Actual campaign management on Amazon Sponsored Ads - not just familiarity, real execution - end to end.

Excel or Google Sheets - you work in spreadsheets daily

Everything else can be learned on the job. These three cannot.

What you'll do

Own product listings on Amazon and Flipkart - content, keywords, pricing, and catalog hygiene

Plan and run ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, discounts, assortment) and optimize for ROAS/ACoS

Track inventory levels and coordinate with ops to avoid stockouts or overstock

Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion daily - flag issues, take action

Build and maintain performance reports on a weekly cadence with clear, actionable insights

Coordinate with ops, marketing, and customer support to keep the channel running smoothly

Stay on top of platform policy changes, new ad formats, and promotional windows

What we're looking for:

1-2 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace management

Proven experience running Amazon Sponsored Ads independently

Strong in Excel or Google Sheets - tracking, reporting, data analysis

Experience with listing optimization - keyword research, A+ content, marketplace SEO

Background in FMCG, food & beverage, or D2C is a big advantage

Bachelor's in business, marketing, commerce, or equivalent practical experience

Self-starter - you follow through, flag blockers early, and don't need hand-holding
