Job Title: Marketplace Performance Marketing Executive
Role Summary:
Manage and scale paid advertising across key marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon Ads (AMS). The core responsibility is to drive revenue growth, improve ROAS, and continuously optimise advertising performance across marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise paid advertising across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa
Track campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Plan advertising strategies around sales events, promotions, and product launches
Amazon Ads (Primary Focus)
Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
Conduct keyword research, bid optimisation, and campaign restructuring to improve ACOS and TACOS
Identify high-performing keywords and scale campaigns to drive product visibility and sales growth
Analyse campaign data and share performance insights and reports
Must-Have Experience
12 years experience in marketplace performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads / AMS
Understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and campaign optimisation
Strong analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets
Location: Andheri, Mumbai (On-site)
CTC: 40,000 60,000 per month (based on experience)
