About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Marketplace Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces, primarily
Amazon and eBay. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, inventory management, order processing, and ERP systems while ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, eBay, and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple sales channels.
- Track and manage marketplace shipments to ensure timely deliveries and order updates.
- Process Amazon and eBay orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, shipping details, and customer information.
- Perform order entry and order management in the ERP system with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Support, Finance, and Operations teams for seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor order queues, inventory status, and shipment exceptions to minimize delays.
- Support marketplace promotions, listing updates, catalog maintenance, and new marketplace onboarding activities.
- Generate operational reports using MS Excel and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Provide weekend marketplace monitoring support on a rotational basis as per business requirements.
- Take ownership of additional marketplace operational activities as the business expands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketplace Operations, E-commerce Operations, Order Management, or Marketplace Support.
- Hands-on experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and/or eBay Seller Hub.
- Strong understanding of marketplace order lifecycle, inventory management, shipment tracking, and order fulfillment.
- Experience using ERP systems for order processing.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF Functions
- Basic formulas and data analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and business processes.
- Willingness to work in a Hybrid work model with rotational weekend support.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing high-volume marketplace orders.
- Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and shipment tracking.
- Exposure to catalog management and marketplace promotions.
- Experience working with multiple online marketplaces is an added advantage.
