Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Marketplace Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and internal systems. This role involves managing order workflows, invoicing, logistics coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure seamless marketplace operations and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2B purchase order processing, including transporter coordination and logistics handling
- Create and manage sales orders in Unicommerce for B2B orders, while coordinating slot bookings and ASN requirements with marketplace partners to ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle Cocoblu DF invoicing and e-invoicing processes
- Process B2B returns and coordinate warehouse putaway activities
- Support B2C operations, including order processing, invoice generation, and resolution of marketplace queries
- Coordinate procurement of packaging materials for B2B shipments
- Collaborate with category managers, warehouse teams, and marketplace POCs for smooth operational execution
- Create and manage items/SKUs, mapping, and syncing inventory in Unicommerce
