Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketplace Performance Manager for our on-site team located in Gurugram. The Marketplace Manager will oversee and manage revenue on various online platforms such as Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart, ensuring optimal product placement, pricing, and promotions. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. This role also involves monitoring marketplace performance and identifying growth strategies to expand the brand's online reach.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra
• Proficiency in sales data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Experience -4+ years.
• Skills in digital merchandising, product listing optimization, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the jewelry or fashion retail industry is a strong advantage
