We are now expanding our marketplace team and looking for a Marketplace Executive / Ecommerce Manager who can drive growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms with strong execution and data-driven strategy.

What You'll Work On
Product Listings & Catalog Management
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and A+ content.
  • Ensure SEO-optimized listings for higher visibility and organic ranking.
  • Upload variations, bundles, combos, and new products efficiently.
  • Maintain listing hygiene: resolve suppressed listings, errors, QC issues, etc.
Marketplace Ads Management
  • Manage Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and Meesho Ads (if applicable).
  • Run campaigns for sales growth, ranking, and new product launches.
  • Monitor ACOS/ROAS, CTR, and conversions; optimize regularly.
  • Create and execute ad strategies based on performance data.
Inventory, Orders & Operations
  • Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory planning and stock availability.
  • Avoid stockouts, maintain buffer levels, and track inbound shipments.
  • Manage returns, replacements, delays, and operational issues.
  • Handle claims, reimbursements, and support tickets with marketplaces.
Pricing, Offers & Sales Growth
  • Set and monitor pricing, margins, promotions, coupons, and lightning deals.
  • Run marketplace-specific promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and track category trends.
Content & A+ Management
  • Work closely with designers to create high-quality product images, infographics, A+ content, and brand store creatives.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace content guidelines.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track daily metrics such as:
  • Sales, sessions, orders
  • CTR, conversion rate
  • Ad spend, ACOS, ROAS
  • Returns and dissatisfaction metrics
  • Inventory levels and Buy Box win percentage
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Review & Rating Management
  • Increase product reviews and ratings through ethical practices.
  • Monitor negative feedback and coordinate for timely resolution.

What We Expect
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Hands-on experience with cataloging, PPC ads, and listing optimization.
  • Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are mandatory).
  • Good understanding of ecommerce operations, logistics, and settlement cycles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
