About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketplace Inventory & Operations Manager who will act as the bridge between our marketplaces and warehouse team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our products never go out of stock across platforms like Amazon FBA, Nykaa, and Blinkit by managing inventory planning, coordination, and timely replenishment.
This is a critical operations role for someone who enjoys ownership, coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-growing D2C brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Planning & Coordination
- Manage Amazon FBA inventory planning and replenishment
- Track stock levels across Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, and other marketplaces
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely stock movement
- Ensure healthy inventory coverage and minimize stock-outs
- Monitor fast-moving SKUs and forecast replenishment requirements
Marketplace Operations
- Handle Nykaa PO management and timely fulfilment coordination
- Manage Blinkit inventory planning and replenishment cycles
- Coordinate dispatch timelines with internal operations teams
- Ensure smooth inwarding and stock availability across platforms
- Track inventory discrepancies and resolve operational bottlenecks
Deals, Offers & Marketplace Coordination
- Plan deals, discounts, and promotional activities across marketplaces
- Follow up with marketplace POCs for approvals and execution
- Coordinate campaign participation during sale periods
- Ensure timely submission of promotional requirements
Listing & Catalog Management (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of listing optimization and marketplace SEO
- Coordinate product listings, titles, keywords, and content updates
- Maintain catalog hygiene across platforms
Reporting & Monitoring
- Maintain inventory trackers and operational dashboards
- Prepare regular stock and replenishment reports
- Identify potential stock-out risks proactively
- Work closely with founders on inventory planning and execution
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in marketplace operations or inventory management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central/FBA operations preferred
- Experience handling Nykaa or Quick Commerce operations is a plus
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good understanding of inventory movement and planning
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required
