Mysthelle is hiring a Marketplace Growth Specialist.
As India's first designer luxury lingerie house, we've built our presence across Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ Luxe, Ajio Luxe and Myntra — and we're now looking for someone to take ownership of that growth and drive it forward.
This is a role for someone who sees each marketplace as its own channel, with its own audience, rhythm and opportunity, rather than a single catalogue pushed out everywhere. You'll be responsible for sales and visibility end to end, and for keeping Mysthelle sharp, premium and consistently on-brand wherever it appears.
What you'll do:
- Drive sales and visibility across every platform — planning participation in campaigns and sales events, and positioning Mysthelle as a premium brand
- Build accurate, on-brand listings — imagery, descriptions and size charts — managing size, colour and set complexity with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy across platforms, working with the internal team on replenishment so best-sellers stay live and oversells are avoided
- Run targeted on-platform ad campaigns to lift visibility and conversions, optimising spend toward a healthy return
- Reduce return rates through accurate listings and clear sizing, and share a simple weekly read on what's working by platform
- Serve as the point of contact for each marketplace's category team, and lead onboarding onto new platforms
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years managing brand sales on Indian marketplaces — fashion, beauty or lifestyle preferred
- Hands-on experience with seller panels (Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, Ajio, Myntra)
- Comfortable with cataloguing, inventory and basic Excel / Sheets reporting
- Experience running marketplace ads
