Marketplace Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and growth-focused Marketplace Growth Manager to lead and

scale our marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Vendor Central,

reseller networks, and other growth channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving

marketplace growth, optimizing performance, improving profitability, and owning end-to-end

business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

● Own complete Marketplace P&L and business performance

● Drive revenue growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Vendor Central, and reseller ecosystem

● Build and execute marketplace growth and expansion strategies

● Lead marketplace advertising and performance marketing initiatives

● Improve sales metrics including traffic, conversion, visibility, and profitability

● Manage marketplace operations including pricing, catalog/listing optimization,

promotions, and inventory coordination

● Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve growth

● Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, creative, and product

teams for execution

Requirements

● 3–4+ years of experience in marketplace growth, e-commerce, or online business

management

● Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Vendor Central

● Strong understanding of marketplace operations and performance metrics

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Strong ownership mindset with execution capabilities

● Prior D2C or e-commerce experience is preferred

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
