Growpreneur is a Commerce Growth Marketing Organisation helping consumer brands scale across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart.
We work with brands across FMCG, Personal Care, Fashion, Pet Care and other consumer categories, helping them drive profitable growth through marketplace management, advertising, inventory planning, analytics and business strategy.
We are looking for a Marketplace Growth Manager who can take ownership of client accounts, drive growth across marketplaces and become a future leader within the organization.
Important:
This role requires hands-on experience across both E-commerce and Quick Commerce marketplaces. Candidates with experience only in Amazon or only in Quick Commerce may not be the right fit for this position.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and scale brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart
• Plan, execute and optimize advertising campaigns across marketplaces
• Conduct keyword research, category analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Analyze business performance using marketplace data and insights
• Monitor key metrics such as Sales, Traffic, Conversion Rate, ROAS, TACOS, OSA and Fill Rate
• Support new product launches and marketplace expansion strategies
• Build dashboards, reports and performance reviews
• Work closely with brand teams and platform stakeholders
• Lead client review calls and present growth recommendations
• Create SOPs, documentation and scalable processes
• Train and mentor interns and junior team members
• Identify automation and AI-led opportunities to improve efficiency
Requirements :
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads is mandatory
• Experience with Flipkart Ads and marketplace operations
• Minimum 1 year experience working on Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart
• Strong understanding of marketplace growth levers
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
