Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Associate to manage backend operations across e-commerce platforms. This role involves overseeing product listings, maintaining accurate catalog data, ensuring smooth order processing, and handling payment reconciliations to support efficient marketplace performance.
Responsibilities -
- Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
- Create, update, and optimize product catalogs including descriptions, images, and attributes.
- Ensure accurate pricing, inventory updates, and stock availability.
- Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues.
- Handle payment reconciliation, settlement tracking, and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment and operations.
- Track performance metrics such as sales, returns, and listing health.
Skills Required -
- 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Strong understanding of catalog management and backend workflows.
- Hands-on experience with seller panels of Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with payment reconciliation and settlement reports.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
