Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Etsy, and Cratejoy.
  • Optimize product content including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords for better visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, and product availability.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform listing and ad strategies.
  • Monitor account health, manage performance metrics, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Work with internal teams (design, content, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Assist in launching new products and coordinating promotions or deals.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and Etsy accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon listings, SEO, and advertising tools.
  • Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
  • Proficient in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to troubleshoot listing issues and resolve seller support tickets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong attention to detail.
