We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace & Quick Commerce Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Executive will handle day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, develop strategies to optimize product listing visibility, monitor marketplace performance metrics, and ensure prompt order fulfillment. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for inventory management, analyzing sales data, and implementing promotional strategies to drive sales. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for forging relationships with quick commerce platforms to expand our brand presence and ensure seamless operations.

• Proficiency in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, and order fulfillment processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing sales data and marketplace metrics
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO optimization and platform promotions
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities to enhance client satisfaction
• Proficiency in using tools like MS Office, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards
• Experience or knowledge in quick commerce platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in e-commerce or marketplace roles is highly desirable
