Job Title - Marketplace Ads Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display)
  • Plan, execute, and scale Search and PLA campaigns for Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa
  • Ensure accurate campaign structuring, targeting, and smart budget allocation
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR
  • Scale high-performing keywords, search terms, and ASINs while eliminating inefficient spend
  • Conduct keyword research and in-depth search term analysis
  • Maintain strong negative keyword hygiene to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Manage daily budgets and bid strategies to achieve performance goals
  • Track daily and weekly ad performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements across platforms
  • Experiment with match types, placements, and campaign structures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Around 2 year of hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart Ads
  • Familiarity with tools such as Amazon PI, Helium 10, and Brand Analytics
  • Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, keyword optimization, and search term analysis
  • Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Curious, analytical mindset with a strong drive to test, learn, and optimize
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • High ownership mindset - you actively run and optimize ads, not just monitor dashboards
