Marketo Campaign Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketo Campaign Manager based in Bengaluru. The Marketo Campaign Manager will be responsible for strategizing, designing, and executing marketing campaigns within the Marketo platform. Daily tasks include managing end-to-end campaign workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to develop communication strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring timely delivery of projects that align with business objectives. The role will also involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.

• Experience in Campaign Management and creating effective Campaign strategies
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and articulate ideas clearly
• Project Management abilities to oversee campaign execution and ensure timely delivery
• Understanding of Sales processes and alignment with marketing objectives
• Knowledge of the Marketo platform and other marketing automation tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in marketing automation or campaign management is advantageous
