Key Responsibilities
Tender Identification & Tracking
- Identify and monitor relevant government and private tenders and business opportunities. Handle registrations on e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPP, etc., and attend pre-bid meetings and vendor registrations.
Tender Documentation
- Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents in coordination with internal teams, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Sales Strategy Execution
- Assist the Sales Lead in implementing sales strategies and achieving assigned sales targets.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Track competitor pricing strategies, activities, and market trends to provide actionable insights that support business growth.
Customer Interaction & Support
- Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up regularly to improve engagement and conversion.
Order Management
- Ensure smooth order processing including purchase order receipt, internal coordination, and invoicing.
Contract & Payment Monitoring
- Monitor contract terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and follow up on payments to ensure contractual compliance.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Reporting & Feedback
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Lead on tender progress, sales performance, and customer feedback.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update lead pipelines, customer databases, and opportunity tracking using CRM tools.
